Westland

A leader in the American Single Malt movement, Seattle-based Westland is unique for its focus on 'terroir' and local ingredients. They use five different types of malted barley and age their spirits in 'Garryana' (Pacific Northwest Oak) casks. This results in a whisky that is bold, nutty, and distinctly American, challenging the traditional definitions of single malt.
