Tomatin

Once the largest distillery in Scotland, Tomatin is now unique for its 'softer side of the Highlands' profile. Located high in the Monadhliath Mountains, it produces a spirit that is remarkably fruity and elegant. They are masters of cask maturation, utilizing a wide range of wood including Port, Sherry, and Virgin Oak to create a diverse and complex range of single malts.
