Rochefort

A Trappist brewery located inside the Abbey of Saint-Rémy in Belgium. Its uniqueness lies in its secretive, centuries-old recipes and its use of water from a well located inside the monastery. Their beers (6, 8, and 10) are known for their dark, complex profiles, featuring notes of dark chocolate, plum, and spice, representing some of the highest-rated ales in the world.
