Leffe
Leffe is a historic Belgian abbey beer, originally brewed by the Premonstratensian monks at the Abbey of Notre-Dame de Leffe since 1240. Its uniqueness lies in its rich, spicy, and fruity yeast profile, which is a hallmark of the Belgian 'Abbey' style. Although now produced on a larger scale, it maintains the traditional recipes for its 'Blonde' and 'Brun' expressions. Leffe Blonde is particularly celebrated for its smooth, golden body and its subtle notes of clove and vanilla, offering a sophisticated and accessible entry into the world of complex Belgian ales that pair exceptionally well with a variety of gourmet cheeses.
