Kokoro
Kokoro Gin is a London Dry gin with a Japanese heart, inspired by the founder's travels in the Japanese Alps. Its uniqueness is centered on the use of the Sansho berry, which is hand-picked in the Nagao region of Japan. This botanical provides a distinctively citrusy and peppery flavor that is entirely different from standard black pepper or lemon. Combined with eight other traditional botanicals, the result is a forest-fresh gin that is savory, complex, and highly aromatic. A portion of the proceeds is donated to the C.W. Nicol Afan Woodland Trust, supporting the preservation of the Japanese forests that inspire the brand.
