Kilchoman

Founded in 2005, Kilchoman was the first new distillery to be built on Islay in over 124 years. Its uniqueness lies in its 'Farm Distillery' philosophy; they grow a portion of their own barley, use traditional floor maltings, and perform every step of the process—from malting to bottling—on-site. This 'grain-to-glass' approach produces a single malt that is intensely peaty but features a vibrant, citrusy, and floral backbone.
