KI NO BI Kyoto
KI NO BI, meaning 'The Beauty of the Seasons,' is the first craft gin ever produced in Kyoto, Japan. Its uniqueness lies in its 'Rice Spirit' base and its use of eleven local botanicals divided into six flavor groups (Base, Citrus, Tea, Herbal, Spice, and Fruity/Floral). These groups are distilled separately and then blended using pure water from Fushimi, famous for its sake production. Ingredients like Yuzu, Hinoki (Japanese cypress), and Gyokuro tea create a spirit that is quintessentially Japanese—delicate, harmonious, and deeply rooted in the craftsmanship of Kyoto.
