Jawbox
Jawbox Classic Dry Gin is a single-estate spirit produced just outside of Belfast, Ireland. Its uniqueness lies in its 'field-to-bottle' approach, where the grain is grown on the distillery's own estate and the spirit is distilled in small batches in traditional copper pot stills. Named after the deep 'jawbox' sinks found in traditional Belfast kitchens, the gin uses eleven botanicals—including local black mountain heather—that are steeped for several hours before distillation. This results in a bold, peppery, and citrus-led profile that is designed to stand up perfectly when mixed with ginger ale.
