Hayman’s is a family-owned English distillery that is one of the few to still produce a full range of 'True English Gin' styles. Its uniqueness lies in its dedication to 19th-century recipes and methods, including the production of Old Tom Gin and Sloe Gin using traditional techniques. Every gin is distilled over two days in a copper pot still named 'Marjorie,' allowing the botanicals—such as juniper, orange peel, and cassia—to steep and release their oils slowly. This results in a classic, balanced, and refined gin profile that honors the history of the London distilling trade.
