Glenlivet
The Glenlivet was the first legal distillery in the parish of Glenlivet after the Excise Act of 1823. Its uniqueness is rooted in its historical significance; it was so famous that other distilleries tried to use its name, leading to it becoming the only one legally allowed to call itself 'The' Glenlivet. The whisky is known for its classic Speyside elegance, defined by lantern-shaped stills that produce a floral and pineapple-heavy profile. Today, it is a global leader, synonymous with smooth, consistent, and premium single malt Scotch.
