Glenkinchie
Glenkinchie is known as 'The Edinburgh Malt,' located just outside the Scottish capital. As one of the few remaining Lowland distilleries, its uniqueness lies in its massive wash stills—among the largest in the industry—and its use of a single cast-iron worm tub. This setup produces a spirit that is light, floral, and herbaceous, yet possesses a surprising amount of body and 'green' character. It is the Lowland representative for the Classic Malts series, celebrated for its lemon-cheesecake and cut-grass notes, making it an ideal aperitif whisky.
