Glengoyne
Located just north of Glasgow, Glengoyne is unique for being 'The Unhurried Malt.' Its uniqueness stems from its claim of having the slowest distillation process in Scotland, which encourages maximum copper contact and results in an exceptionally smooth and fruity spirit. Furthermore, unlike almost every other distillery, Glengoyne uses no peat smoke to dry its barley, ensuring that its natural flavors are never masked. This produces a bright, sweet, and clean Highland malt that is often finished in high-quality Sherry casks for added depth and complexity.
