Glencadam
Established in 1825 in the Eastern Highlands, Glencadam is a distillery that has remained remarkably traditional. Its uniqueness is found in its stills, which have upward-sloping lyne arms. This design encourages a high level of reflux, resulting in a spirit that is exceptionally delicate, floral, and creamy. Unlike many Highland malts that lean toward heavy wood or peat, Glencadam focuses on a 'pure' distillery character, utilizing only high-quality ex-bourbon casks to allow its natural citrus and grassy notes to shine through in every bottle.
