Gin'ca

Gin'ca is the first premium craft gin produced in Peru, distilled in the Andean highlands. Its uniqueness comes from its use of 100% Peruvian botanicals and a base spirit made from sugar cane harvested in the Cartavio Valley. Ingredients like juniper from the Andes, mace, black pepper, and fresh lime create a profile that is vibrant, spicy, and distinctly South American. The high-altitude distillation at over 2,500 meters above sea level allows for a lower boiling point, preserving the delicate aromas of the botanicals and resulting in a gin that is both powerful and refined.
