Etsu

Etsu, which means 'pleasure' in Japanese, is a handcrafted gin produced on the northern island of Hokkaido. Its uniqueness lies in its use of traditional Japanese botanicals, most notably the yellow Yuzu peel, which provides a bright, floral, and citrus-forward profile. The water used is sourced from the Taisetsu Mountains, filtered through volcanic rock to ensure extreme purity. This results in a gin that is remarkably silky and aromatic, capturing the delicate and balanced aesthetic of Japanese craftsmanship. The label art features a traditional Geisha, emphasizing its deep cultural roots.
