Edradour
Edradour is famously known as 'Scotland's Little Gem,' as it was for a long time the smallest traditional distillery in the country. Its uniqueness is found in its picturesque farm-distillery setting and its use of ancient equipment, including the last remaining 'Morton refrigerator' (a cooling device). Because the production scale is so small, each bottle has an artisanal, handmade quality. The spirit is characterized by a thick, creamy, and nutty profile, often heavily influenced by Sherry cask maturation, making it a highly sought-after single malt for those who appreciate old-world distilling charm.
