Dalwhinnie
Dalwhinnie is one of the highest and coldest distilleries in Scotland, located in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park. Its uniqueness is shaped by this extreme climate; the cold mountain air causes the spirit to interact differently with the wood during maturation. Known as the 'Gentle Spirit,' Dalwhinnie is famous for its clean, honeyed sweetness and a light, heather-floral aroma. It is a welcoming and approachable Highland malt, often described as 'sunlight in a bottle,' and is the Highland representative of the 'Classic Malts' collection.
