Chimay
Chimay is a world-renowned Trappist brewery located within the Scourmont Abbey in Belgium. Its uniqueness is defined by its 'Authentic Trappist Product' seal, meaning the beer is brewed within the walls of a monastery under the supervision of monks, with profits going to social works. Chimay beers (Red, Blue, and White) are known for their rich, yeasty complexity and high alcohol content. The Blue (Grande Réserve) is particularly unique as it was originally brewed as a Christmas beer and evolves beautifully with age.
