Caperdonich
Caperdonich is a 'ghost' distillery from Speyside that was closed in 2002 and later demolished. Its uniqueness lies in the extreme rarity of its remaining stock, making every bottle a piece of liquid history. Known as the 'Vanishing Malt,' it produced two distinct styles: a classic, fruity Speyside malt and a surprisingly peated Highland version. Collectors prize Caperdonich for its complex, aged character and the fact that once these barrels are gone, this specific distillery's contribution to the whisky world will disappear forever.
