Canadian Mist

Produced in Collingwood, Ontario, Canadian Mist is a blended Canadian whisky known for its light and mellow profile. Its uniqueness lies in its 'triple-distilled' process and its use of charred white oak barrels that have been mellowed through previous use. The distillery uses water from Georgian Bay, one of the world’s largest freshwater sources, to create a spirit that is exceptionally easy to drink. It is designed to be a 'mistable' whisky—one that maintains its character even when poured over heavy ice or mixed in long drinks.
