Canadian Club
Canadian Club is a giant of the whisky world, famous for being 'Pre-Conditioned.' Unlike most whiskies that are blended after aging, CC is unique because the grain spirits are blended *before* they are put into the barrel. This 'marriage' during the aging process results in an exceptionally smooth and light-bodied whisky that was a favorite of both royalty and Al Capone during Prohibition. Its long, tapered bottle and '1858' heritage mark it as a staple of North American bars and a versatile choice for a 'CC and Ginger.'
