Bombay Sapphire

Bombay Sapphire is a world-famous gin known for its striking translucent blue bottle and its 'Vapour Infusion' process. Its uniqueness lies in how the botanicals are handled; rather than being boiled directly in the spirit, they are placed in perforated copper baskets, allowing the spirit vapors to gently pass through them. This results in a much lighter, more floral, and more balanced flavor profile featuring ten hand-selected botanicals sourced from around the globe, including grains of paradise and cubeb berries.
