Black Cow
Black Cow is the world’s first purely milk-based vodka, produced in West Dorset, England. Its uniqueness stems from an innovative process where milk is separated into curds and whey; the curds make cheese, while the sugar-rich whey is fermented and distilled into a crystal-clear spirit. This unconventional base gives the vodka an exceptionally creamy mouthfeel and a delicate, sweet finish that is entirely different from traditional grain or potato-based vodkas.
