Beluga

Beluga Noble Russian Vodka is produced at the century-old Mariinsk Distillery in Siberia. Its uniqueness lies in its 'resting' period; after distillation and filtration, the vodka is allowed to sit for 30 to 90 days (depending on the expression) to allow the molecular structure to stabilize. This, combined with the use of malt spirit and pure Siberian artesian water, results in an exceptionally soft, velvety texture and a subtle, honeyed finish that defines luxury vodka.
