It is unique for its 'closed-loop' production, utilizing pure mineral water from its own underground springs and malt from its own malthouse. The brewery is a pioneer in the non-alcoholic sector, having developed a patented process that produces 0.0% beer that retains a genuine, full-bodied malt flavor without the presence of any alcohol.
