It is unique for its specific 'session proof' of 107, which allows the distillery's jug yeast to express bold, fruity, and nutty notes without being overpowered by alcohol. Recently transitioned to a single-barrel product, it offers a high-rye mash bill aged for at least seven years, providing a robust yet elegant Kentucky profile.
