Produced at the Eigashima Distillery, Akashi is a Japanese whisky that carries the legacy of one of Japan's oldest sake producers. It is unique because the distillery only operates for one month a year for whisky production, leading to very limited batches. The flavor profile often reflects a salty, coastal influence paired with the delicacy typical of Japanese blending.
